Who We Are
We handle the full spectrum of site services. Portable toilets sit at the core: standard units with 60 to 70 gallon holding tanks, deluxe flushable models, and ADA accessible units that meet ADA Standards section 213.2, which requires at least 5 percent of clustered units to be accessible, never fewer than one. We service them weekly under the ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 standard for one visit per week on units serving up to 10 users. We also handle septic tank pumping; most residential tanks get pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on household size and tank volume. If you're applying coatings, herbicides or insecticides on a job site and need washing facilities, we supply handwashing stations that meet OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requirements with soap and towel or air-dry options per 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2).
Our dumpster fleet ranges from 10 to 40 yards. Roll-off dumpster rental works for demolition, renovation and cleanup jobs where you need the container dropped, filled and hauled. Delivery takes about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck. Storage containers stay on site for weeks or months when you need inventory space or equipment staging. Restroom trailers come in 2, 4 and 8 stall configurations for events, film sets and longer construction runs where standard portable toilets won't cut it. Temporary fencing keeps job sites secure and organized per OSHA 1926.202 requirements for barricades. We've serviced jobs across Sunrise Manor, so route time isn't a barrier.
How We Price
Our pricing reflects actual market rates from 799 comparable rentals across the region. Standard portable toilets run from around $100 to $350 per day depending on the rental length; weekly rates sit between $130 and $500. Porta potty rental cost varies by duration and unit type. ADA accessible units cost more because they're fewer in circulation. Deluxe flushable porta potties sit at $85 to $1200 per day. Septic pumping for residential tanks runs $150 to $300 on a standard call. Restroom trailers command premium rates because of their size and the crew needed to place them. We quote each job individually because site conditions, distance and timing matter.

What We Serve
Sunrise Manor itself is our home base. We work construction sites where OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) toilet ratios apply: 1 facility for every 20 workers or fewer, 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers from 20 up to 200, then 1 toilet and 1 urinal per 50 workers at 200 or more. OSHA portable toilet requirements spell out the math. We serve events from small wedding setups to festivals and outdoor markets. Film productions need trailers with reliable plumbing and holding capacity. Home renovation crews need somewhere to work without driving off-site. Agricultural operations in the region need farm and agricultural restrooms. Emergency situations, burst pipes, septic backups, disaster cleanup, get us on the phone and en route. We've moved equipment up from Las Vegas, 17.8 miles west, and south from Whitney, 7.4 miles away, on the same day when circumstances demand it.
How do you figure out how many units I need?
Start with headcount and duration. How many porta potties do I need walks through OSHA math for construction sites and event crowd sizing. A construction site with 25 workers needs at least 1 toilet facility. An event with 500 people needs more. Call us with your scenario and we size it right.
Can I rent just for a weekend?
Yes. Weekends are premium short-term rates because of delivery complexity and turnaround. We can quote a two-day event separately from a weekly rental. Tell us your exact dates and we'll price accordingly.
Do you service the stuff after I rent it?
We do. Standard service visits happen once weekly under industry standards, with additional service available if volume or site conditions demand it. Septic pumping jobs get scheduled based on your tank and household size.
What if I need the equipment moved during the rental?
That's possible and we handle it. Relocation costs depend on distance and what you're moving. Some dumpsters and trailers need specific clearance or delivery setup, so we confirm placement before the move.
Do you have emergency service available?
Yes. Septic backups, burst pipes and sanitation emergencies get prioritized response. Pricing for emergency calls is higher than standard service because of short notice and crew dispatch, but we get there.
